BlueIn is a tech advertising agency founded on the simple, but powerful idea, that companies should only pay for the new customers they acquire for them. To do that, the brand combines best practices in sales, marketing and technology to drive new customers for the world’s leading brands.
With the goal to deliver a digital friendly experience for their target audience, I was tasked with refreshing the company’s entire visual design identity, from recreating the logo, designing the website through to establishing their icons and colors to create a more contemporary image.
Overhauling their information architecture and content management systems to improve user experience and showcase their portfolio, I was further engaged to lead their creative department teams in NY, Brazil and India.
From new iconography to illustrative re-designs for the BlueIn website, I ensured all aspects of the brand identity and visual language tied together in a consistent on- and off-line narrative.
Understanding the obstacles, key differentiation points, audience needs and unique opportunities meant a deep-dive into the company and their principles, to develop a strategy that identified the appropriate position from which to build the brand, and the necessary tone of voice.
